All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual offer, which are published at the point of promotion.
The creation of multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, collusion between Players to exploit promotional terms, and any other form of bonus abuse will result in the immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

Players may request the closure of their nurstargame Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, nurstargame will process a withdrawal of any remaining Real Money balance to the Player's verified payment method. nurstargame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact nurstargame's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. nurstargame is committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. Most queries relating to game outcomes, transaction processing, and bonus credits can be resolved through the standard support process within 48 hours.
